Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in sales made through the Akrababros Overland online store.

By completing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, delivery information, and the right of withdrawal.

The order is processed after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made within the borders of the Republic of Turkey via contracted courier companies.

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt. Exceptions specified in the relevant legislation apply to products manufactured specifically for the customer.

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
