Return Policy

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, our customers have the right to return the product they received within 7 days.

Return conditions:

* The product must be unused.
* The original packaging must be undamaged.
* All accessories must be returned complete.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products manufactured specifically for the customer or products prepared to customer specifications, within the scope of legal exceptions.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the payment method used.
